……watching Blood Ties. Aired sometime between 12 a.m. to 1 a.m. The main protagonist, Henry Fitzeroy a vampire, deals with weird f*cked up supernatural cases with his one-time blood donor, Vicki Nelson. It’s quite bland in comparison to Buffy, the Vampire Slayer and Angel, but it’s quite good enough; with the charm of a delinquent, Henry is good enough to be a vampire. Love the complex chemistry between Henry and Vicki and dare I say that Henry is one wicked illustrator/painter. The song ‘Monsoon’ from Tokio Hotel would go very well with this series. The vocalist voice kinda reminds me of Vicki’s voice –deep, full of sarcasm, an I-don’t-give-a-shit voice.
