…*watching scary alleyway through the window*… scary. Reminds me of something disturbing that had happened years ago when I still in secondary school. I took public buses to school, so, I’m used to walking to the bus-stop alone in the wee morning hour. Everyday, I had to pass by this one dim-lighted street to get to the bus-stop. On that same street, there’s this tall, rambutan tree that had these weird twisted branches that canopied the wide walk-way. So far, the tree seems to be quite bare with only leafy greens on the branches; it has been what? Almost fifteen years and yet the tree hadn’t even bore fruits once. There’s something wrong with the tree. Well, anyway I had my usual walk to the bus-stop when suddenly I say this creepy black dog sat quietly under the rambutan tree. Its head tilted up, gazing at one particular branch above it, weird isn’t it? Then, -I don’t know if it’s a trick of the light- I saw a shadow, thick, ebony and liquid-like shadow, that seems to slowly descend to the ground just beside the dog. I freaked out and walked as fast as possible without making it seems like a run; I don’t want to get chased by a dog, not that early in the morning and not while I’m wearing my school uniform… mum said that according to Malay belief, that thing that I saw was called hantu galah a.k.a, hantu panjang, hantu tinggi or hantu -add adjectives that seems to related to height or length- they usually like dim, almost dark places since it adds up to their scare effect…
I saw this mv of this new Korean girl group, F(x). Aff(x)tion? They’re five members group. The girls are quite chic and cute and their first single is above average, I guess. I particularly like this group because there’s this cool looking androgynous being (girl?) she’s very cool…
